Ticket terms and house rules

These terms apply to every ticket bought on adamakevent.nl or redeemed with a code, and to attending any Adamak event. Version 2026-08-24.

1 Your ticket

  • A ticket gives one person one entry to the event stated on it. The QR code is scanned once at the door; after that the ticket is used.
  • Keep your QR code private. Anyone who presents it first gets in.
  • You can pass a ticket to someone else with the transfer function on your order page. After a transfer the old QR stops working.
  • We may ask for photo ID at the door to match tickets or enforce the exclusion policy below.
  • Our events are 18 plus unless stated otherwise on the event page.

2 Refunds

  • Tickets are not refundable if you cannot attend or change your mind. You can transfer your ticket to someone else instead.
  • If we cancel an event, you get the ticket price refunded. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method; tickets sold in cash are refunded in cash by the seller or at a moment we announce.
  • If we move an event to another date, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, contact us within 14 days for a refund of the ticket price.
  • Service costs of the payment provider are only refunded when the law requires it.
  • Refunds are processed manually. Allow up to 10 working days.

3 House rules and safety

  • Follow the instructions of our staff and security at all times.
  • Zero tolerance for violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, theft, dealing, or weapons of any kind.
  • We can refuse entry or remove you from the venue if you are severely intoxicated, aggressive, or endanger others. In that case you get no refund.
  • The venue's own house rules also apply.

4 Exclusion policy

  • If you commit fraud with tickets or seriously misbehave at one of our events, we can exclude you from future ticket sales and entry to future events.
  • To enforce this we keep a limited exclusion list with name, email address, phone number if known, a reason category, and the date. See our privacy notice for the legal basis, retention, and your right to object.
  • If your purchase is blocked and you believe this is a mistake, contact us at the address below.

5 Liability

  • Attending is at your own risk. We are only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence on our side, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

6 Changes and contact

  • We can update these terms for future sales. The version you accepted is recorded with your order.
